Rebuilding the keys for Debian-based distros

Published in

Morning!

Following yesterday's announcement on a Debian vulnerability in openssl, everybody is encouraged to follow this instructions in order to ensure that all the keys generated by openssl are replaced by new, non-buggy ones:

http://wiki.debian.org/SSLkeys

It has taken me around half an hour to fix all the keys for all services (IMAPS/POP3S/HTTPS/SSMTP/FTPS) in this host. No wonder how much you may need in your orgs :)

I wonder what could happen if such a vulnerability appears in a propietary OS.
